win XP Pro (faxing) lost fxsapi.dll

Hello folks, Beauness here! I'm a newbie here and I may be in the wrong forum? I'm tring to fire up this fax thingy here,but it's telling me I've don't have the fxsapi.dll file. I've spent most of the morning looking through system32 files and that sort of stuff, NO luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.:confused:

Have you installed fax software listed in the Windows
Component section of add & remove software in
control panel
