duplicate files

How do I identify duplicate files.Is there a very reliable software that would help me do this.Maybe there is another method??????

If you follow this link www.jv16.org and download the POWERTOOLS program (full program) this has the abillity to seek out duplicate fiiles (and delete them if you want) as well as many other facillities. More importantly it is free. Also very reliable reg cleaner built into it.
