Modem doesn't connect!!! Pleeeeaaasee HELP MEEEE!!!

Hi computer's guys!!!!

I'm here again!!!

PLEEEEEEEASEEEE HEEEELPP MEEEE....!!!

I have a modem card. I don't know its manufacturer.
I need to know its manufacturer so that I can install its driver correctly.
I don't know what do I have to do.
It has an IC called "PCtel". I can't make it works perfectly.
I already saw System icon on Control Panel.
There is not conflict!!!

Another way to better ID the modem is to look for the numbers usually on a white label...write down the different sets then go here http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid/ this will tell you the manufacturer and then by going to their site you can pinpoint your model by one of those sets of numbers you found on the modem.
