Replacement Fan In Power Supply

Need to touch base here, and get a thought about my replacement fan.I
bought a Radio Shack fan for my old computer power supply, to replace the moaning and groaning one,my question is the color wires on the old fan are red and black, the replacement RS wires are red and blue. I plan
to wire it red to red and black to blue. Its Sat nite and my thought process is a little off. Does it even matter. Thoughts?

If you connect them wrong the only thing that will happen is the fan will run backwards
Red to Red is the way to go
