im thinking of getting a full tower and putting 2 Delta 120mm Focussed Flow Fans in, one in the front at bootm, the other in the back at top, or would it be better with 80mm fans?

Most New cases are precut for the 80's
the 120's would require some extra cutting.

I found a dremel tool works best
With a cutting wheel

I personally like to cut up my case with a jigsaw and a 36TPI metal cutting blade. Two minutes and the hole is cut.

I also personally would use the 120mm fans in a full tower.
