Linksys 4-Port Cable/DSL Router

this is an addon from the other message i started titled "connect 2 pcs and share an internet connection". the message forum was rather full so i wanted to ask a few questions here

In the other message forum everyone told me to get a linksys 4-port cable/dsl router. now, with this can i transfer files and remotly connect to the other computer through mine?

and does anyone konw a good place where i can get this router from in the uk at a cheap price?

Yes you can do a remote connection with this router.
