I turned on my pc last night and all I got was a blank screen, no beeps and when I felt the ram it was stinking hot. What could the problem be

The usual first step in this situation is to pull out the CPU, the RAM, and the video card, then put them
back in to be sure everything is making good contact. If that has no effect, you should try a different RAM 'stick'.

Ram doesn't usually get hot.....but MOTHEROARDS do http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif...I think you have a overheated cpu or motherboard myself. After doing what TJ suggests, turn the power back on with the cover off and see if the power supply fan and cpu fan come on. If they do, you might be ok....if not....you might have to kiss the mobo goodbye.
