the power supply dying

question ... got a 300w powersupply then it died after 1 month. it was the same one i used when i upgraded to an athlon xp 1800, plus geforce2 ti ddr 64mb. is it true that the ti series consumes a lot of power?

could the big jump cause the powersupply to die? i had it replaced to 350watts dynamo.

Normally, an undersized PSM will just cause the system to constantly reboot. If this did not happen, then the PSM's were bad. A bad run of them?
The TI cards draw a lot of power, especially the GF4 series.
