msi kt4 bios help please

i have a msi kt400 with a amd 1800 cpu 256 ddram 2700 geforce 3 ti200
id like to know what are good settings for the cpu and ram other then the defaults im new to bios tweaking and would like some help in getting
good speed but stable would smoeone explain step by step the settings
what and where please i also have a 40gig maxtor 740dx hd .thanks

Check the printed manual that came with the MB.
If you do not have one, then look on the MB's CD.
If you do not have that either, then get one here:

tha manual doesnt really tel you what to set to what with reguard to cpu
or ram just tells you whats in the bios but not adjustment setting
for 1800xp cpu or 2700 ddrram i need a walk through
