hardware certifications

I would be interested to know which certifications there are regarding hardware subjects and / or topics. Actually I live in Rome, Italy so I would like to know which are available in Italy.Thanks.LB.

The A+ course covers hardware and software. I'm studying it now, and it should be a good starting point.
