ultra wipe

I have win 98 with 64k ram
I just completed installing "Ultra wipe" wich is a program similar to Eraser.
Everthing went fine,but now when I doubble click on the desktop icon,
the program won't open.I get a msge that reads as follows.
an unnamed file was not found
what file???

Hmmm was this a D/L off web where it will install it's self or did it come via email??
Have you done a file search to see if you can find an .exe Installer?

I know this program is free for home use I think this one usually comes email not sure..

I tried both versions(d/l) and zip version via e-mail
there is an exe I used to install
