Manufacturer is Samsung. As far as I know, it has a lifetime warranty.
I cannot return it back to the dealership because they will only replace it before 15 days. I've had the memory stick for several months now.

Does anybody know a web site that can help in the matter of a replacememnt?

Btw... Before someone asks how I know the memory stick is bad is because I ran MemTest-86 v3.0 (http://www.memtest86.com) and it has found found several errors.

Reason I did the test is because I have a game that locks up randomly between 20 seconds - 10 minutes.
Only cards that needed drivers is the video card and sound card.
Both are updated. Updated the VIA 4 in 1 drivers as well. Even went as far as to update the BIOS.
It is not heat related, because the CPU temp is at 50°C. Not sure about the video card heat. Left the case open just in case and it still locks up.

Thanks.

Yikes! That's a tight window! I usually see 30 days for a return, some places will even go as far as 3-6 months but there's a restocking fee.

Contact Samsung, try their website, I don't know it off-hand but maybe www.samsung.com ? Samsung usually has lifetime warranty, just about all RAM manufacturers do, so a replacement shouldn't be a problem. Just get an RMA # (return merchandise authorization) and you'll be good to go. They may even pay to ship your bad stick back to them (they like to test bad RAM sticks to see why they failed - you got an anti-static bag handy?).

I ran into this problem when my Crucial RAM went bad (happens to the best of them :p), just gave them the module code number off the sticker on the RAM and they said "OK, we'll get you a new one." Problem was it was my only stick of RAM! Had to order another one to tide me over until my replacement came. That's why I have 768MB instead of the 256MB I started with. :D

Also I have seen some dealerships lose their authorization to sell certain brands by not honoring the warranties....

Many manufacturers will want you to contact the dealer first, so do you have something like an email from the dealer denying your request?
