Can`t surf the web as a "Guest"

hi,
in Win XP pro if I log on as an administrator (i always do) i can connect to my provider(s) without problems. If I try dto do so logging on windows as a guest I can`t connect to the internet. Where is (if any) the switch to abilitate the "guest" to surf the interent?

start-> connect to-> your connection, when the box comes up check 'save this username amd password for'-> check 'anyone who uses this computer'
