I have this message error report for many aplications (I'm shure app's are OK)
sometimes the problem is solved with simply (win XP) log off and log on

this problem doesn't occur when I'm logged as another user

I suspect at Nvidia .dll file
but what can I do to fix this

nview.dll is associated with nVidida. To resolve this try installing the latest nVidia drivers. :o
