My best friend just had a new HD installed in her 1.5 year old Dell machine by a service tech. Once she rebooted after installing windows, Windows 98SE found a new device "Intel Firmware Hub" and tried to locate the driver for it. Unfortunately, Dell did not send her any resource disks, so she does not have this driver. Everything else on the machine seems to be working just fine now...any ideas if this driver is really needed...and if so, where can I get a copy of it for her?
Thanks in advance.

Click here (http://www.eetimes.com/story/OEG19981211S0009) to find out what it is.

Try the Dell and/or Intel sites. You may need to know your BIOS version
or chipset first, to make sure you get the right driver version.
