Thought some of you might get some use out of this, especially if you're interested in reducing the number of spam emails you get or reducing the number of people sending them.

I just uploaded a minor update to my webpage, I added a page about dealing with spam, or unsolicited junk email. It will be updated before long, I plan to add more info on how to set up Outlook Express to view full headers, soon as I can find out, (I don't use it right now) and a few more links soon as I check a few more out and see if they are good.

The page might get a bit long, and involve some scrolling, sorry about that, but I opted to make it "old bald guy friendly" and use a large font anyone can read...not that MY eyes are going...lol

Anyway, if you're interested in dealing with spam, or finding out more about it, or information concerning what legislation has been recently proposed, click the link in my signature, the spam page is near the top. More good info to come...more updates are planned in the future, I have more very good links to add to the main page, have to find time though...right now I feel like the lawnmower is almost surgically attached...

useful advice, i've got so many rules now that it takes 5 minutes for me to read thru them! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/tongue.gif Also, here's a tip-there are plenty of free email addresses you can get( excite, yahoo to name a few) use them in stead of your primary address if you can, they only allow you so much storage space, and when it fills up-they will empty it for you. Also, if you goto a site that says you have to input an email address, unless you have to get something from them; ie a password or such-then use a fake email address. Make sure it ends in .com,.net or such,
example=noneyabusiness@nowhere.com that's one of my favs! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
