ISDN is an acronym for Integrated Services Digital Network, a way to send
voice and data over special digital telephone lines or normal telephone wires.

You can order it through your telephone company or from a service provider.
It can be expensive, $40US or more per month. Did you subscribe?

Do you have a network card or a special modem installed in your PC?
If not, you need to make changes to Dial-Up Networking.

Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Communications > Dial-Up Networking.
If one of the displayed items is ISDN, select it with the cursor, then click File > Delete.

Restart your computer to see if this solved the problem.

If not, click here (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q258/5/78.ASP) for something else to try.
