Computer will not boot!

Just wondering if any of u know why my computer will not bot up. It was working ok in the morning but when i moved it upstairs it does not. The power is getting to it but the power light is only half on and the hard drive light is always on. I can also not turn it off. I can't take the back off as this will void the warrenety. JUst wondering if any of u know why this is happening. Its definatly getting power but it makes a buzzing noise. The fan also works.

Sounds like you may have knocked something loose when you moved it. If it is still under warranty then you probably have to take into the shop and have them put back together. Also make sure that all the external connections are properly hooked up.
