Have you searched the registry for it?
Select Start/Run from the taskbar, type regedit and
delete all keys connected with this program.
Greetz,

Load WordPad. Open the Win.ini file.
What is shown after the load= and run= statements?

right click on any open space on your Bottom row (where the Start button is)... make sure not to click on anything.. just the blank space there.
then, left click on properties, go to
"Start Menu Programs" TAB---- add/ remove.

no worries http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif
go get Easy Clean (http://www.saunalahti.fi/tonihele/ecleane.htm), it's FREE, and I personally have found it to be extremely safe.
It can clean up old registry entries (such as the one you're having problems with now) and other things as well....... very nice app.

You can also try going to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Windows Setup -> Online Services and removing all the Online Service Providers you find there...these are just installation files that come preconfigured on many systems and they are not needed especially if you already have an ISP.
Look for the signup program in Add/Remove and uninstall it. (Something like BT Signup...whatever ISP it is for.. )
Does it show up if you boot into safe mode?

I already gave you an answer that will eliminate your problem........Easy Clean.. additionally, you can try going to: start, programs, accesories, system information, click "TOOLS" TAB, and then "System files checker" will compare files from original, and give you the option to change.
