I've got an EATX board going into an ATX case. The board measures 12" X 10.2" inches. I think I can just drill a new hole? Yes.

If you happen to drill through any of the circuitry at all your motherboard will be a nice expensive paperweight. Get a case that fits it.

OK I thought you meant the motherboard...yes, a new hole in the case would be ok...
