WIN 2000 Serfver - Uninstall

I need some step-by-step help to uninstall WIN 2000 Server from my HD. Simply been away from computer world too long to remember how this ought to be done. Here's some more information:

* There's 4 partitions (C, E, F, G)

* WIN 2000 Professional & WIN Server are installed & bootable from startup.

* I have Partition Magic.

* I'm pretty sure Server and Prof are either on "C" or "E."

* I also wish to delete the partition that holds WINS Server.

Simply remove the line from your boot.ini file that starts the Win2K server and then delete the Win2k partition, if you want, or just the Win2k directory.
