Power Options

I don't know what this person has done exactly but he is running XP Pro and this is what his power options are under advanced?? I haven't ever seen the options dissapear before so don't know what to tell him anyone have any Idea's looks like either someone has messed with the regestry??

Is this a user login or the admin account.

You can restrict what user accounts have access to and what OS features they are allowed to muck around with...that is kind of what I would expect a rather restricted user account to look like.;)
