Hello everyone. Heres the deal. I have been messing with my new modem and accidentally removed MS DialUp adapter through device manager. I tryed to add it back in through the networking/adapter option in control panel but can not find it. I also tryed to go through add new Using the win98 disk but cant find anything for Microsoft Dial up adapter. So my modem goes to dial up and half way through dialing it tells me that I need to remove and then reinstal dial up.
Can anyone please help. If I cant find it I will have to reinstall Win 98.
Thanks, Funhouse mirror

To reinstall dialup adapter, open Control Panel<>add/remove programs<>Windows setup<>Communications. Click on "Details", and select dialup networking. That should do the job.

Thanks for the response. Last night as I was retracing my steps I found the dial up adapter under Control Panel/ Networking/Adapters.
What an Idiot. It was there the while time.
Thanks again.
