I got an idea to make a linux network in my house with like to computers and one of them with "RAID" (i think its the name) harddrives its like 2 harddrives and 2 more that mirror it for infomation securty and i want 2 of them clients that use the "RAID" drives from one computer that is the server with a operating system of mosdos for the server. The 2 clients 1 i want to have mandrake linux and the other debain.
1. Is this possible like the compatblitly of the os.
2. What type of hardware for the network hub, switch.
