Does anyone know where I can buy a
(legal, full version) copy
of Windows 2000 for under $130.00?

I picked up a copy on eBay that is OEM, meaning that it is sold with hardware and not supported by MS for about the price you note. I don't remember exactly what I paid, but it was less than $130.

But you may also want to check www.resellerratings.com before buying from any of them.

I just looked at the pricewatch site again and noticed that the cheapest ones are only selling the license, so watch out to make sure you are really buying the CD.

is about the going price now...I'll keep looking and maybe luck out... Staying with Windoze 98 SE nowadays is irrational...
