I have a spare PC that has presently a ATX Socket 370>
60G HD Pent 3 > Is it possible to install a Pent4 with DDR
in place of the Pent3?

Yes, but, you would need a new Motherboard, memory, processor, heatsink/fan, and a P4 power supply. I think that is all you would need.
