Electronic Signatures

Does anyone know if it is possible to force applications accross a network to use a global signature (using e.g. Terminal Server). I would like all Office Apps to use the one corporate signature and accept it as a safe local signature (that way stopping macro security issues). Can I set this up using any NT products (Adb Server or Terminal Server??)

Do you have a Windows 2000 certificate server and is it setup as an enterprise CA?

If so, you should look into using certificate templates and assigning them to group policy objects.

Thanks man, I dont have any certificates etc.. from any authorities. I was just wondering if it was possible. Which group policies are your talking about?

Active directory group policies in Windows 2000, you can use them to manage your certificates (assigning them to users when they login,etc,etc...)
