I installed the Philips SV20 9548 tv card on my pc, windows xp , celeron 733mhz , 512mb ram, but i need the driver and software to make it work , help please jorcov@vtr.net

I did a search on Phillips web site, but they don't seem to acknowledge making your card. I found reference to an LCD projector with the SV20 reference, but nothing about TV cards. Post more info and we may be able to help you find the drivers. You can try here, but I had no luck with the info you posted:
