IRQ Problem

Hello I am Roland and I need a littel help here Please.
I have a IRQ Problem.Oke when I look in Microsoft Help and Support, and look in to Problem Devices. I see a error code 10, Like this

I am Using Windows ME

Boot into safe mode and see if there are any "ghost" drivers present, more than one occurance of the same device, if so remove the duplicates (or all of them and reboot).
