Hello,
I have redone my computer 3 times sofar. So I want to mirror my pc onto another hd incase my pc decides to crash. So I have a backup until i fix it. I have a 120bg wd and want to buy a 40gb. With the 40gb i want to mirror my 120gb. Is there a program that will mirror my computer onto another hd. My 120gb has about 15gb used so i thought i would just buy a 40gb. I know you could back your pc up on cd's but i would rather just buy another hd. Anyone know of a program that will do this for me? I would like to update the 40gb hd evey month or so since i will be putting more files on my 120bg hd.

Thanx for your time.

Also if you want the clone to be scheduled and automatic i think the Windows version (2003 only) allows this, but i'm not totally sure.

I agree with koko. Norton Ghost works great. I've used it for a little over a year now and you can clone one hard drive to another with no problem. I put 2 hard drives in my system last year for the sole purpose of making backups. I regularly clone my drive every week. On my system Ghost copies at a rate of about 800 MB's a minute.
