w2k sp3 bugcheck ?

This problem has happened a few times. The computer runs for several days without any problems and then out of the blue it reboots. I've looked in admin tools/event viewer and it says
"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0xff05b000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xeb5753c9). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini011403-01.dmp "

Has anyone got any ideas what the problem is.:mad:

I don't get any warning or time to save my work.

I found THIS (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=266221) article in the MKB. It might give you some info.

Check out THIS (http://www.computing.net/windows2000/wwwboard/forum/41183.html) link. Seems you might have a trojan program on the machine.

Thanks for the reply - it has given me some thing to look at. May take a while :(
I've been wanting to do a full format/re-install for sometime, this may be the kick I needed.
