Free FTP Client

I need one to send web pages to my ISP. According to CNET user votes FileZilla, AceFTP, and SmartFTP rate out well. Does anyone know if any of these 3 contain adware or spyware? OR do you have a favorite freebie? I'm running WinXP Pro....

I use FTP Commander in WinME and it is clean. It is easy to use and free.
