I have windows XP with other administrator acounts (which I had made them), but someone of them has changed all acounts to limited acount including mine (even adiministrator's password in safe mode). How can I solve the problem without installing or reinstalling windows?

Administrator password was removed recently, so anyone was able to change privilegies.

If there is now no admin password, just reinsert one, and change the privileges each user has.
Who removed the admin password?
Was it intentional?
