Computer keeps on randomly Shutsdwon

Hi, I know this may sound like other Rebooting problem "diurnal" had but my Computer has a drop in Voltage which i was warned byASUS Probe and then it shutsdown its self.

My Comp Specs.
PIII 700Mhz
ASUS CUV4X Motherboard
128MB RAM
10 Gb HD

I have had this problem for sometime but recentley it has just gotten worse. Sometimes the computer completely fails to START at all or it take me to the setup routine of the computer. When i go into the power setting the +5V is 4.8V and i have noticed it drop suddenly and the computer restarts. I have checked the connections in my computer. I have also noticed when i press the power button sometimes the fan on the CPU chip doesn't turn on. I'm going to clean out the Power box in my computer any help would be great!!!

Sounds like a new power supply may be in order...especially if it is lower than 250W.
