anyone use it is it worth 30.00 my cable company broadband is killing me with pop ups

I think there is a free version of what you are looking for. Have not used myself. i use tweak-xp.

There are all sorts of free ways to stop popups, so I wouldn't pay $30. I use Opera, Mozilla and Netscape 7 as browsers and all them can stop popups. If you check downloads with popups as search term at www.pcworld.com you will find a bunch of popup stoppers that will work with IE.

I use Mozilla too. It's a great browser and no popups and it's free. I have used Opera the free version but that ad at the top killed it for me.

I use the program, but the Pop-Up-Stopper FREE version (didn't realize there was a paid version too). The freebie is fine, just download that at www.download.com. I'm happy with it.

I use the free version and it works great. You have to hole down the Control key when clicking on links though.

I too use the free version of panicware's popup stopper, works fine. Except I often forget to hold down control when clicking on links.
