cleaned up my computer and now this. printer works good but only for the first print job after system reboot(computer). will not print second print request. works good once each system reboot.

windows 98 printer epson 750 usb connection

i'm not sure i'm reading your post correctly; but are you saying that you reboot after ever print job begins?! The printer stores it's current job in memeory( called buffering ), just like your RAM-it's volitale, which means once you turn off power to it, it wipes itself clean, so if you start a print job, print a page and then reboot-you've lost the info the printer had in it's memory storage. Don't reboot until the job is finished, if your system is locking up while printing you may need to add some more memory to your systm, or update your printer drivers. Cleaned the puter...what do you mean by this? Have you checked for loose connections? Dump your temp folder and change the spooling properties of the printer from EMF to RAW http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif
