This seems a silly thing, but today I was trying to burn a CD and got stuck, (this was the first time I wanted to record an audio cd since I installed win xp last month,) and just didn't know how to do it so I clicked on the help in the startup menu... Nothing happened. I mean, it's there, but when I click on it nothing happens.(I had used this help many times before) Anybody out there has had this same problem?

couple of things have you used Easy cleaner?? this will kill xp's help
Also check Control Panel> Administrative Tools > Services > make sure the Help and Support service is started, and not disabled.BUT it should load Automatically??

Now your anti virus will pop up becouse it is a vbs script....

load this should fix you right up

Thanks, Yoda. Yes, I had used a registry-cleaning tool in Tweak-xp pro. I didn't know that it could harm in any way. I did as you told me and it's fixed. Thank you.
