Hi,
In Linux if we have typed lots of commands at command line we can recall them by using DOWN or UP arrow keys.But it is not working in Sun Solaris 8.Can anyone suggest as to how to enable it & get it working.:(

Hi rahul,
thanks for the reply.Just now i have found out that changing the shell prompt to BASH will solve the problem of history & recalling typed commands.
