i have the Nvidia Gforce3 ti200, windows 98, i can say that the operating system needs to be upgraded to Win 98 2nd edition or better.

about 3 months ago i was working with front page express, doing webdesign for a friend for a few bucks, as i opened the html viewer a sudden glitch in front page express caused my screen flicker like mad and in different shades and then the program crashed, the shades that flicker is like the tint in the resolution, from a white to dull white then to a grey to a murky green tint like it you were to turn a television screen tint all the way to the dull green tint color, and then it flickers back to white sometimes to other colors like a dull purple color.
since then, ive reinstalled the whole system, upgraded the bios, tried to upgrade the video card, and the problem still continues. ive ran upgraded virus detectors and nuthing has shown up yet.

if anyone has an idea of what the prob could be jump in ill even let ya name the bug lol

HI. Welcome to this forum, lot of information can be found here.

It sounds like your monitor is going out, maybe too old to handle the new video card, or it could be the cable has a short in it. Try switching out the monitor with another one and see if that works.

My old monitor did that to me when i upgraded the video card last year, sounds like your problem too.
