MoBo Grounded?

What does it mean when the Technical Support Engineer tells me that your mb could be grounded? I tell him that I took the mb from the case and it is pretty much hanging on the ground carpet away from any metal.

Did it grounded when it was in the case attached thru the brass screws?

Hey Kittu,
I don't blame you for getting impatient with this. Stick with your first post from 7/16 entitled "Boot Problem, tried almost everything." There is more information there and the real troubleshooters will have more to go on. I only come here to learn on this forum, but have watched long enough to sort of figure out how things are resolved. i really do think that your situation will be a "no brainer" to some of these guys.
