PS2 burners?

I've heard people talk about "oh did you hear about that new PlayStation2 game burner for you computer." my reply, "uh...no" "Oh its so cool it can burn Playstation2 Games. You also have to install this card thingy into the playstation for it to read the cd though."
-ever heard stuff like this? Usually people like that are lying. But you would think someone would have come out with one. Is there such a thing as a burner of console games?

move to asia. you can get playstation 2 games for about $6.50 (burnt of course) i think you hafta have a korean/asian playstation 2 also. but yes its quite possible. they have playstation games over there for $4 too. just one of those things asia has for sale thats completely illegal :(
