Shut down computer in normal manner at night and next morning turned
on and nothing happens. No power to fans, no lights come on, no beeps, nothing. I replaced the power cord and nothing. I called myself checking the power switch by putting the voltmeter on it and then pressing the button and I get a response (but I am not real sure how to use a voltmeter)
I also checked with different plugs in house and also checked conections on motherboard. Also blew all the dust out of it with compressed air.
Could this be the power supply? The fan on the power supply is not coming on either.
Any suggestions on troubleshooting would be appreciated.
The motherboard is a FIC SD-11 and cpu is a AMD Athlon 700mhz
