System cannot find the device specified

Hello there,
I need some help. I have two harddrives one 40Gb which is primary with
4 partitions c,e,f and g. D drive is second harddrive. When I click on
MY COMPUTER icon and then click on E drive icon I get this message,(the
system cannot find the device specified). When I click on the folder icon
in toolbar and it brings up the tree on left, I click on E drive and it
shows all the files and folders. How can fix this? I have Windows ME.

I have new message,(cannot find C:\Windows\lgTIONS\INSTALL\SETUP.EXE.
Windows needs this file to run E:\.) when I click on the E drive icon in MY COMPUTER window. Also if I right click on icon and click on Auto play
I get message. But if I click on open or explore it shows all the files
& folders. What's up with that?

Go here: TWEAKUI (http://www.windows-help.net/windows98/tweakui2000.shtml) and download Tweakui 2000 which has options to enable/disable the viewing of drives in "my computer".
