My Floopy Drive is not working. The floppy works, but the computer is not reading the floppy. I bought a new floppy drive but it is not working also. The light is on constantly. I noticed that there are some yellow question marks in the system for PCI communication device and other device. I don't know what to do for it to work. The floppy is made by mitsumi. It didn't come with and driver software. Please give detail info on how to resolve this. Thank you!

For the floppy...if the light is always on then most likely you have the cable backwards, flip one end of the cable and reconnect.

For the other problem, boot into safe mode and remove the device(s) in question and let Windows reinstall them (one is your modem so have the drivers handy before you do this...follow the installation procedure outlined by the modem manufacturer).
