Bad Mobo or What?

I have a Asus A7A266 mobo.... yesterday, i have been having blue screens pop up saying something about checking the BIOS for something, but it goes by so fast cause it does some sort of memory dump.

I was on the computer and it just went black on the screen, so i rebooted and it went directly to the BIOS setup, it didnt look like anything had changed on the mobo from what i could see and remember.

So i hit F10 and rebooted, this time it just booted to a black screen.. so i said what the <insert colorful adjective here> and i rebooted once again... nothing came up on the screen, still black and the hard drive was acting like it was trying to boot but it couldnt. The light on the monitor was amber instead of green, like it wasnt getting any signal from the vid card. And there is power going to everything, cause the lights do turn on and i hear things whirring.

So my question is, do i have a bad Mobo or what? Is there a way to check that i have a bad one or should i go to some local geek place and have them check it... ive never had this happen before so im just wanting to make sure i dont get screwed.

Have you been inside the case? Moved it around?

Sounds like a video card problem to me. Open the case and make sure the video card is seated properly. Of course, do this with the system OFF. Check the monitor cable that hooks up to the video card for secure connection as well.

Could also be bad or flaky RAM. How many sticks do you have? If you have more than one, try booting the system with just one stick and switch them around if one doesn't work, try the other one.
