How can I publish my videos so anybody can download them? I don't have my own website.

There are websites that will provide space to host photos, although I don't know if they take videos. With the economy changing there aren't too many free ones left, but you could look around and see. You might want to check with your ISP, most provide some web space for people these days unless it is a really cheap plan. If they don't already, you can probably arrange to get some.
