After going to:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=315327 due to win XP saying DEVLDR is always not responding when I exit windows their advice says its best to re-install the drivers from the win xp CD. I originally had it done like this but their drivers SUCK because AudioHQ and Surround Mixer are not provided with Microsoft. The disadvantages of not having these mean if you have 4 speakers and sub, only two speakers will work and not sub, and no ability to adjust the bass either!!! Someone help me!!!
