I use a laptop at work with Win 2000. It's set up for our local LAN. I often go onsite to one of our customers, or to another branch where, of course all network settings are different. My question is, can I have several networks to choose from set up on my laptop depending on the location that I'm at?
Thanks

I don't think so. I tried long ago with NT4 putting different network configurations in separate user and hardware profiles but... it doesn't work that way. Now I just bite the bullet, change the settings and reboot. Hope I'm wrong :)

I was afraid of that. Maybe someone out there has an idea of how to "work around" this.
Thanks for responding!
