Server Time

Our network has 16 server, all running windows 2000 server. Our two terminal servers won't keep the time I set them at. They are always 10 minutes fast. If I change them, they stay at that time only for a little while. First I though they might be synchronising there time with a different server, so I went and changed the time on every server so they were all the same and correct. They all stayed except for the Terminal Servers. Does anyone have any suggestions.

If both Terminal Servers are consistently going 10 minutes fast, then logically it seems reasonal to assume that they are syncronizing their times with another machine (and that machine is 10 minutes fast). How is time syncronization done on these machines? I know nothing about Terminal Servers.

I'm not sure. It's new to me too. I went through and changed the time on all the servers, but the TS just changed back.
