I found a computer in the trash. It seems to have a 350MHz CPU and 64MB of memory.

Will Windows 95 & 98 run with 64MB? Will XP, 2K run? I do not remember OS I used when I only had 64MB. Proably DOS/Windows 3.x

This system will make an interesting Multi-OS test system for me if Windows 9x will run.

I intend to try resurrecting OS/2 Warp, which I am pretty sure will run well with 64MB. I have had trouble installing it on systems with modern IDE controllers.

It has ISA slots and I can try running some old DOS software which cannot display more than 16 colors using PCI or AGP graphics controllers.

Sure. Win9x will all run with 64MB ram and a 350mhz cpu. 64MB of ram is pretty light for w2k. Even worse for XP. But for 9x? Good deal. :)

Win95 had a minimum of like 8MB, recommended 16MB.

Win98 16MB and recommended of 24MB...

64MB is what many of the shelf 98 machines came with, and fairly standard amount to upgrade to for 95.
